This policy is designed to outline the refund and rebuild policies of Chat Boosted. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between Chat Boosted, the seller and service provider, and any clients who might potentially engage in services provided by Chat Boosted. If a client decides to work with us, Chat Boosted, they are explicitly agreeing they have visited this web page, which is publicly visible to everyone, and considered their investment into our services, packages, deliverables, and core offerings.

Refund Policy

Chat Boosted does not, in any circumstances, provide any refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated by Chat Boosted in a separate signed contract. 

This is due to the fact that our services involve significant hard work and the investment of resources, which cannot be recovered upon cancellation of any service agreement with Chat Boosted. We obviously pride ourselves as an agency to over-deliver and create amazing work that gets results for our clients, but if you decide to drop the ball for some reason, and decide you no longer wish to proceed in working with us for no valid reason that we can agree on, you agree that there are to be no refunds or any cost subsidisation of any kind. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our hard work that we put in to deliver world-class results for our many clients worldwide.

Chatbot Rebuilds for Improved Performance

At Chat Boosted, we understand the importance of a high-performing AI chatbot for your business. If the performance of our chatbot is not meeting expected standards or is deemed poor based on key metrics like customer interaction quality, lead generation, or user engagement, we offer chatbot rebuilds or in-depth revisions at no additional cost.

This commitment is in place until there is a noticeable improvement in the chatbot's performance, as per the agreed-upon metrics (defined as "achieving results"). After this point, if further enhancements or troubleshooting are required to sustain or improve these results, Chat Boosted reserves the right to propose an additional fee for these extended services.

The determination of any additional fees for further optimization or chatbot rebuilds will be based on the specific needs and circumstances of each client's case. We ensure that clients are fully informed about their situation, the options Chat Boosted can provide, and any potential costs involved. Final decisions will be made in consultation with the client, ensuring choices are aligned with their business goals and preferences.

General Terms

Chat Boosted reserves the right to revise or amend this policy at any time as deemed necessary by Chat Boosted. Any changes or revisions to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and customers are responsible for reviewing this page regularly for updated information. Chat Boosted does not need to update anyone on the status of this page, and it is entirely your responsibility as a client or prospective client, to keep up to date with our terms as per this page, or through conversations with authorised Chat Boosted directors or staff.

For note - this Chat Boosted Refund and Rebuild Policy was last revised on 21 November 2023. As it stands, all clients to date are aware of these terms and the way our policies are structured.

Your Obligations As A Chat Boosted Signed Client

By engaging with Chat Boosted’s services, in any context, and at any price, you, the client, agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Rebuild Policy, as well as any specifics given directly by Chat Boosted in explicit authorised communications. The only thing that would override the terms and conditions stated on our official website here, are the terms provided in mutually signed agreements by both the client and Chat Boosted after the date of November 21 2023. Any contracts signed before this date are subject to other terms.
